Description

This great historical villa was built in the XVI century by the Berzighelli family and then modified by Domenico Scotto in the XIX century. During this period the Princess Luisa Scotto Corsini decided to organize a romantic green park around the villa, with over 7 Ha of land. In the park there are, built in medieval style, a chapel, and 2 dependances (la sala delle armi e la casa di caccia). The villa is set in a panoramic position above a hill with a great privacy. The ground floor has 7 rooms, and various cellars. The first floor has 16 rooms, including decorated sitting rooms etc. On the second and third floor there are 12 rooms. The building is in good conditions and has been a set for several films. The total surface of the villa is of 1676 sqm. The little church has been destroyed by a storm sevearl years ago. it measures 43 sqm and needs restoration. One of the dependances is of 143 sqm .The second dependance (111 sqm) is nearby the villa and has been restored int he Twenties.
