Toscocountry has the mission of being as clear as possible with the potential clients. We advertise only those properties which owners have given to us a formal contract to sell, and all the important information related to the property. As indicated in the documents registered at the Camera di Commercio of Pisa (in respect with the law n. 39 03/02/89), the agency fee is 3,5 % (three point five per cent) plus VAT of the sale price. This includes our assistance both to seller and buyer from the proposal to buy to the final contract.
