Set in proximity of the hills surrounding the village of Crespina, this elegant country house has a surface of about 250 square meters on three levels and is surrounded by well-kept garden of about 1500 square meters with parking for three cars.
On the ground floor is the living area, consisting of living room with fireplace and elegant dining room with large, bright windows from which you can enjoy views of hills dotted with olive trees and vineyards, study that can be used as a guest bedroom, a spacious bathroom and large kitchen overlooking the veranda with open views. Comfortable marble staircases provide access to the first floor, consisting of two master bedrooms with parquet floor, one with a fully equipped walk-in closet and nice bathroom. Two external staircases that run along both sides of the villa lead to the lower level where we find studio apartment with bathroom and kitchenette and storage room, while on the opposite side there is a room with vaulted brick ceiling, in addition to external paved courtyard (currently used as music room). Still a few steps to get to another part of the garden where there is a cellar with vaulted ceiling used as cellar.
The building is equipped with an efficient heating system under the floor that during the summer provides conditioning.
Crespina lies in the heart of the Pisan countryside, in a peaceful area of rolling hills and vineyards, suggestive views and ancient villas, close to the Mediterranean Sea and to the main tourist attractions of Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. Crespina is known primarily for its Owl Monument dedicated to the Owl Fair, but also famous for the villas and manors built in the XVIII and XIX centuries by important families of Pisa, Florence and Livorno. The churches and particular sights of interest include the beautiful Villa Belvedere, Villa Valdisonzi, Villa Bugallo, Villa Il Poggio, the Oratory of San Rocco and the Church of San Michele Arcangelo.
